Due to most orders being handmade. At this time we do not accept returns, but we will be happy to offer exchanges within 5 business days.

Product Warranty? 

If your Spear & Stone piece becomes defective or damaged within the first 15 days of purchase, you are able to exchange your product with us for free. Please email customer service (info@spearandstone.com) with your inquiry and we will organize the exchange. Purchases made in the store will have to be returned and exchanged at the store ONLY. Shipping will be customers responsibility. 

Exchange? 

If you are unhappy with your piece and would like to exchange please contact customer service at info@spearandstone.com within 5 business days from the day you received your shipment. Domestic Shipping will be sent with USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Please allow 3-5 business days. Please note once the package is marked delivered. The package is the customers responsibility. 

Overseas shipping will be sent with USPS First Class Mail International, $20 standard shipping cost. Please allow 6-10 business days. Please note once the package is marked delivered. The package is the customers responsibility. Any customs or duty charges are the customers responsibility.
